Return policy

Return Policy (Short Version)

  • Returns accepted: within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • Return shipment: send the goods back within 14 days after the return request.

  • Return shipping costs: paid by the buyer.

  • Condition of goods: carefully and completely packed; any loss in value due to excessive use may be charged.

  • Refund: issued after the return is received, using the original payment method.

  • Processing time: refund within 5 days after receipt of the return.

  • Exclusions (excerpt): damaged and used goods.
